Availability of data transfer rate programs

When I download files, a viewing box opens and displays data rate, data transferred quantity, percent of total file transferred, and estimated time to complete transfer. Those figures are all dynamic and I suspect in real time with maybe an insignificant time lag. I would find it helpful if I could constantly have a view of the current data transfer rate. Does Windows 10 include an app for that purpose or is there a program I can download to perform that function?
