I’m facing a BitLocker recovery issue on my Windows 10 machine. When attempting to access my encrypted drive, I get a recovery prompt that includes a Trace ID: XXXXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX. I’ve tried using the recovery key, but it’s not working. Has anyone else experienced this problem? What steps can I take to resolve it?
