I want to change my Outlook e-mail password.
Should be pretty simple, right?
So I follow the procedure up to the point they ask for the last four digits of my cell phone, including the last twp digits which they show. I'll use 23 as an example.
I carefully enter the last four digits with the last two digits being 23.
I immediately get a fail message saying the last two numbers should be 23.
Well, I thought maybe I had struck the wrong key so I did it all again, this time being extremely careful to enter the correct last four digits.
No joy. Same message. They say the last two digits I entered did not coincide with their last two digits, 23.
I really liked Windows 10, but this kind of put a damper on it.
Any suggestions.
