Cannot open applications after reinstalling windows

I had two partitions on my drive - C (with WIndows) and E. I had some troubles with Windows so I decided to reinstall it. I formated it and installed Windows again (on drive C). I left drive E with applications and I did nothing with it. Now I can install new apps on E and I see all of the files, but I cannot open any of them e.g. when I'm trying to open any game I see the loading window, (that I can see on my deskop) but then, when the application should open, it's closing. How can I fix it?

you could try creating a desktop link on the desktop of C: as it is quite possible that when you erased C: and re-installed, you lost those links?.
