Can’t access Safe Mode or reboot; getting an error

i keep getting an error when trying to start my computer. I’ve done a hard reset and tried to enter Safe Mode, but it only says there’s an error and nothing can be done. I’ve also turned it off, unplugged it, and tried restarting, but no luck.

What should I try next?
