Cant install updates

I have a very old laptop and I want to install all its missed updates. I've got 9 sitting there waiting to install but KB2267602 is frozen at 66%. I've tried a few suggestions I've read on the net, but so far no luck. I did a scannow and it tells all ok but I couldn't finish a DISM it froze at 50.5%. Is there a way I can bypass this particular Defender update that is stopping everything else or do they all have to be in that order. TIA
