download Pics from a cd in win 10

I am unable to locate pics that I have just downloaded from the cd drive does anyone have easy instructions for a 75yr old

If you know the name of one of the files, you can type it in the search next to the start menu. If not you can type .jpg. When you find one of them in the search, right click and select "open file location". The rest should be there.

Open up file explorer from taskbar and then look under the "quick access" area on left, open each folder and see if they are in one of those folders. Also check the "Recent" folder in file explorer....it should show you what your were accessing since your last use/visit on the PC.
