Email link only gives html view not web view

In Edge, a link to my email account soes not load the web view, only opens an html view when I click to switch to "Standard HTML view"

There should be an option in your email account to correct that.

This problem does not occur on my wife's computer running the same win10 pro system and edge, My service provider says it is not on their side, but is a Microsoft problem
