I've set up several OEM computers and there was never a need to enter the key, it's built in. If connected to the Internet at setup it usually activates automatically.

Find the Product Key Using Command Prompt
Press Win + R, type cmd, and press Enter.
In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter:
pgsql
wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey
Your product key should be displayed.
