How to use Windows 10 Photos App

Where can I find COMPLETE instructions for using Windows 10 Photos.
All I can do is upload photos and look at them. How do I arrange, sequence, add an odd photo from a letter, know the difference and function of a folder as opposed to an album, add info. to individual photos, add titles onto the photo.....etc. etc. etc.

What are you using to view your photos.....the photo app, which is the tile or photos software. There is difference. I personally use photo viewer from MS Essentials 2012. Which you can still download and works fine. Otherwise I would start looking at some 3rd party software for viewing photos.

To answer your question on how to use it....check out youtube....to be sure someone has a video posted on there about how to.
