Issue installing windows 10

i just built a PC and I downloaded the windows 10 files onto a external drive, then proceeded to boot it from bios and I go through the setup info and try to boot and it says to remove installation media and restart, but when I do nothing happens help

You have to create a bootable ISO media.....either a DVD or a USB.

Click the "download tool" link and follow onscreen prompts. I recommend using the USB method.
