This update will not apply to my system.

I have no idea which build I currently have. The prior build was 10130.

Any Idea on how I can fix this to bring my system up to the current build ?

I was running updates on fast and using auto-updates format but the one time I reset my system it has not recovered to update any further.

I am getting an error message 0x80240009 now on my update page. The update to release 10140 I believe had worked too.

Both Windows Feedback and Windows Support are no longer working either.

If you read through that you'll find that some of those, having that issue, have reported success in performing an in-place upgrade / repair, buy grabbing the ISO from Microsoft from here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview-iso-update-1504 Burning that to installation media and running the setup.exe program from within the operating system.
Evidently it is critical that earlier on in the process you need to make sure that the "download and install updates" option is "checked".
Hopefully, that will work for you.
At least maybe, worth a try.

What worked for me on desktop pc:

Grab the ISO from Microsoft from here:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview-iso-update-1504

Download this 10130 ISO [took 2 hours] and right click on the file.

Select MOUNT.

Run setup and let it check for updates [took 40 minutes].

When complete I ran INSTALL and installed 10130 on top of itself.

When it was completed, the pc rebooted into my desktop with no visible changes

and kb3070677 now shows as installed [took over an hour once I had 10130 ISO downloaded]

I see that build 10162 is out today for Fast Ring and according to a recent tweet from Gabe, likely to hit Slow Ring sometime early next week.
