I recently installed update KB5039217 on my Windows 10 2019 LTSC. While the installation was successful, I've noticed that some button labels in the OS have changed from Chinese to English. For example, buttons like 'apply', 'cancel', 'copy', and 'paste' in the right-click menu are now in English. How can I fix this and revert these labels back to Chinese?
