Make this PC discoverable by other PCs and devices on this network

Whenever I share my HP mobile data hotspot with my laptop via a USB data cable (USB hotspot option turned on on my HP), the laptop Windows 10 always prompt

"Do you want to make this PC discoverable by other PCs or devices in this network ?"

I always have to click on "Yes" as my selection since I am using it at home.

Is there any way to make it a "Yes" default for this question, such that Windows 10 will never prompt me again in future?

Right click the start icon and select settings - then "network and internet. - Network and sharing centre.
On the keft "Change Advanced sharing settings"
There you can set the option permanently.

Thank you Dave for the advice.
The existing advanced sharing options are shown in the attached image, still, Windows 10 prompts for input.

go to the drive you want to share click give access to and click advance sharing
