Microsoft Solitaire Collection does not start

Windows 10 Prof 64 bits

after 25 years playing solitaire after update KB3197954 stop running

Event Error

Activation of app Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe!App failed with error: The app didn't start. See the Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI/Operational log for additional information.

and I could not find Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI/ location

I ran security checks and WMIDiag

Log files attached

any ideas how I can fix it

You might try this and see if it has any impact on your issue.
Click the Start button -> Settings cog -> Apps icon
Scroll down and select the Microsoft Solitaire Collection
Once selected you should see a faint link "Advanced options"
Click that and then click the "Reset" button.

NOTE: The adjacent notice "IF this app isn't working right, reset it. The app's data will be deleted."
So I can't say if any accumulated statistics will still be available to you or not.

Unfortunately I could not find this in my system , may be some word misspelled ?

Try opening the display settings - "Change the size of text, apps and other items" from the recommended default setting of down a notch.
