Mouse not working despite driver updates and system reset

I recently turned on my PC after about six months, and my mouse isn't working. I've tried everything: updating drivers, resetting the PC, and even buying a new mouse, but it still doesn’t work.

In Device Manager, I see four unknown Universal Serial Bus Controllers.

Here are my PC specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium E5300 2.6GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 6200 TurboCache
RAM: 4GB
Platform: Windows 10
Any advice on how to resolve this issue?
