My computer is crashing due to a bug check

Hello,

I’m experiencing crashes on my Windows 10 computer, where it sometimes flickers and then shuts off. The Event Viewer shows the following error:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffc7822a89a330, 0xfffff8016e830100, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 90d634d6-57e4-4bec-8299-5499d37026de.
I have tried everything: cleaning the PC, uninstalling and reinstalling graphics drivers, fully resetting the computer, running a memtest, and replacing the power supply. Despite all these efforts, the issue persists.

I’m at a loss and need some help.
