My disk usage spiked to 50%, and my HDD usage is stuck at 100%

This sudden change has significantly impacted my PC's performance. When I open applications, my system freezes for several minutes. I've identified that the problem lies with my HDD, as my SSD is functioning normally. I've attempted a clean boot, which temporarily resolved the issue, but it recurred despite repeating the clean boot. I'm seeking assistance to fix this issue. Additionally, my Windows update is no longer functional, and I hope to resolve that as well, although the primary concern is addressing the high disk usage. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
