PC won't start up after upgrading to Windows 10

Hi guys-
I sure hope someone here can help.
I just upgraded my PC from windows 7 home premium to windows 10.
At least I tried to.
Now I get an error that reads: Reboot and select proper Boot device or Insert Boot media in selected Boot device and press a key

I can't get it to even start up win safe mode.
I'm at a loss here.

Does anyone have an idea what I should do next?
