I am getting a new PC. I have the retail Windows 10 physical box with the USB and card with the activation code on it that I used when I got my old PC. Can I use that same activation code to do a fresh install on my new PC? Thank you for the help.

If a Product Key is for OEM it usually can be used only for the machine it came with, Retail key can be used for a Replacement machine but not both at the same time. The installation software should recognize whether the key is for Pro or Home and install accordingly. If having Home and wanting Pro later a new key can be entered to change, no major reinstall needed.
