I'm receiving error 0x80070643 when trying to download the security update for Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (KB2538243). I have attempted various suggested fixes, including using the troubleshooter, restarting BITS, hiding and reloading the update, but nothing works. The link for KB2538243 in the View Update History directs to a page from 2011 with inactive links.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue? I’m using Windows 10 Home version 22H2.
