WiFi adapter drivers not working

I'm having issues with my TUF B550M-PLUS WIFI II motherboard as my pc doesn't detect WiFi. Downloading drivers for the adapter and updating the BIOS didn't help. In Device Manager, the Network Controller under "Other Devices" shows a warninf symbol. I need your help, or I'll be stuck transferring every driver possible from one pc to another.
