Win10 update leaves me with screen issue

I just finished the Win10 update from Win7 and my screen resolution is slightly distorted (horizontally). I've done the basic screen resolution changes as indicated in the Win10 'device settings' area, but this particular distortion is not radical enough to be resolved with those alterations. It is irritating, however, to have things stretched a bit horizontally.

I've manipulated the various screen settings on my monitor with no success.

Note: My monitor is a 23" LCD widescreen.

It may be necessary to install or even re-install the driver for you video adapter.
Check with your system manufacturer's support website and see what they have available in the way of a driver package specifically for your system's video adapter that supports Windows 10.
