I have had the "bad image" error for about 2 weeks now. I am trying to install the demo of adobe illustrator, and autodesk sketchbook. Both of these programs, once downloaded, will create a bad image error once started. I don't remember specific file that adobe illustrator has a bad image error on, but the file in the title is the one that autodesk sketchbook needs. I also system restored past the most recent windows 10 update to see if that fixed it. I saw on another forum with a similar issue, that some of the admins just handed out a copy of the file that was necessary, could that be the solution here?
