Windows10 language vs. Office 2016 language

Dear all,
its my first time in a forum like this, but I need some help from you all.
My problem is: I would like to have in windows10 german as language, but in Office Home&Business 2016 (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint) I would like to have English as language. (I had this on my old PC with windows10 and office 2010).
Is this possible and if, how?

I have seen and heard of similar things and can only conclude it may require having the Pro version of Windows to handle the languages.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Have you used the File Menu to open Options and configured your language settings for Office?
