Wireless Keyboard is unresponsive after Installing SCP Toolkit

I installed the SCP Toolkit to use my PS3 controller on my PC, accidentally selecting wireless devices (keyboard and mouse). After uninstalling these options, my mouse works, but the keyboard doesn't. Despite attempts to fix it, including uninstalling SCP and reinstalling the wireless device, the keyboard remains unresponsive. My PC specs are i5 9600 and GTX1660 6GB. Any help is appreciated.
