Where can I download the Microsoft XPS Document Writer (MXDW)?

Open your [control panel], then go to [Programs and features].
on the left side click on [turn windows features on or off]
scroll down until you see [Microsoft XPS Document Writer] and
set the check mark .
click on [OK].

Thanks for the tip although I prefer PDF as opposed to Microsoft's PDF-wannabe.

me too. I have never used the xps writer and usually I uninstall that as a printer. My preferred method is Bullzip PDF writer
