All my files are extended by a DOCM
the name looks like 1.jpg.DOCM

I cant find any help on the internet. Does anyone have any solutions ?

They are docs with macros in the doc. Not sure about old office programs, but they can be opened and read with Office 2016nor newer.
Otherwise, if you are stuck, open them with File viewer

its not about doc files
all my files, with exe ,jpg , cmd , etc extension have a virus
all my files has added DOCM

Looks like ransomware. The answer could be in the file "restore-my-files.txt" as it has not the extension docm...
