SOLVED KonsoleH and percentage upload

I use konsoleH Webmail, but can't see the percentage upload at the right hand corner. Is there a setting in windows for it? KonsoleH cannot help me.

This is their respons: "This we would not be able to confirm for you as a setting like that would be something set either within your browser itself, or within the FTP program you are making use of. It is not a setting configured on our end."

What browser are you using by default and have you tried different browsers?.
