Sync Issues

The OneDrive TaskBar icon is flagging up a sync problem with five files:
  • Epson Scan2.lnk
  • Epson Printer Connection Checker.lnk
  • Epson Manuals.lnk
  • Epson Photo+.lnk
  • Epson Phoo+ Tool.lnk
"No access permissions to the items. It appears that you do not have access permission to the item. Ensure that you have the right permissions to allow the item to sync."

How do I either grant permission, OR remove them as sync items?

I'd be grateful for thoughts & advice.
