System Instability and BSOD Boot Loop

I need yiur help. My Asus Z690 system with an Nvidia 3090, i9 13900k, 64GB Trident GSkill RAM, and Samsung 990 Pro NVMe SSD 2TB, was my dream build over 2 years ago. However, i have constant BSOD crashes, along with crashes of Chrome and Discord. I've exhausted various troubleshooting steps: memtest showed no errors, even testing one stick at a time. I received a replacement CPU from Intel. I manually updated all drivers, ensured the latest BIOS version, and updated Windows. Graphics driver is also up to date, and BIOS settings are at default. Despite all efforts, i'm thinkng abiut replacing the entire PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
