Brother Printer not printing from desktop

I suspect that after Edge changed the log in from a regular password to a PIN, my printer does not print from the computer anymore. I went into settings and followed the steps, but no success.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
I was able to scan a document ok; I can do copying on the printer but it is not taking any orders from the computer.

I have a couple of brothers. Again, what is the model?
Changing the login to a pin would not have any effect on the printers, but, at the same time, there may have been a cumulative update to Windows 10, which may have caused the problem.
I am sure the problem can be solved - the model please.

There’s also a bug with a recent cumulative update which is affecting printers.

I believe the problem was solved in a subsequent update, but not sure. But there do not seem to be any current posts anywhere, referring to the problem, so maybe it is past.
However, the earlier fix ws
" completely uninstall the KB4560960 update and defer updates,"

There’s an emergency fix released for 1909 & earlier but nothing yet for 2004.
