My Lenovo ideapad has run into some issues where I cannot load windows at all. I've tried several options however nothing seems to work.
When turned on, windows will tell me it's encountered an issue and will need to restart, then it leads to automatic repair but all options lead back to this screen.
I've tried a windows media creation tool and repair tool does come up but it doesn't seem to let me do much else from here.
I'm happy to factory reset it if it solves the issue.
