How to reconnect my lexmark printer after win10 installation

I can't make my printer work with WIN10. Before I had WIN7. I tried to reinstall the driver for Lexmark. it still doesn't recognize the printer, and it says that there isn't communication between the computer and the printer, although, I checked all the connections and they are well connected.
