Definitely not a good thing for an OS that more or less revolves around the One Core / Universal Apps concept.
I wonder if the out of band cumulative update yesterday caused it or if it was their first attempt at trying to fix it.

Have had trouble with that but managed to find a fix that got it working again.:)
It use to just flash up and disappear when trying to open it. :(
