SOLVED Reinstall windows 10 without product key

I have a preinstalled windows 10 on my Surface PC, but I don't have the product key. Even after logging into my Microsoft account, I can't find the key. Can I repair or reinstall wiindows without the product key?

Starting with Win8 the OEMs did not include the Product Key sticker like they did with Win7 and earlier. The necessary information for OEMs is included with/on the motherboard, after installation and connected to the Internet should see Activation in System which is the Digital License.
