Runtime error

Been trying to run a data disk but keep getting this message
Any ideas as to what is causing the problem.

I've found this for what it's worth coming from the MS answers forum..I've never run into this error so I have no first hand experience.I understand it's for 7 but I'm sure it will have the same result in 10..but don't quote me on that!

Thanks for that but unfortunately i have tried all those recommendations and as yet i am no further forward.
I do have someone that has taken the disk and is trying to sort it out.
If i get any luck i will post back.
