The KB5039211 Update Messed Up My Browsers

After installing the KB5039211 security update on Windows 10 Pro, certain controls in all my browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Brave) stopped working. Specifically, the submit button in ChatGPT and the 'show password' button in LastPass became unresponsive. Uninstalling the update resolved the issues. I prefer to keep the security update but can't identify the system-wide setting causing this browser malfunction. Any suggestions?
