Can EdbMails handle hybrid migration scenarios involving on-prem Exchange and Office 365?

Has anyone used EdbMails for hybrid migrations between on-prem Exchange and Office 365? We're planning a staged move and need support for co-existence, batch mailbox migration, and seamless syncing. I’d like to know if EdbMails can handle directory sync, archive mailboxes, and public folders without disrupting user access.
