So this Defender UI app looks interesting.

Has anybody here used it?

Nope, so far I get along with WD without a fancy UI.

I was wondering if would be better for maybe tweaking the AV Detection. There was a video that showed that, after tweaking it improved the detection of Malware.
But there is always that balance between too intrusive and resource intensive and not intrusive enough.
