I had set both feature update and quality update to defer for 21 days.
My intent is to put a 21 day delay on update Tuesday.
I manually image my system around the 20th.
I had no idea if it would block cumulative updates.
Woody said that there was yet another June cumulative available.
I imaged my system (macrium).
I clicked on check for updates and got nothing.
I set those 2 back to "0"(zero) and checked again and it took 2018-06 cumulative KB4284848.
I set those 2 back to 21 so I don't get something I don't want.
So you can indeed tell win10 not to update.
Seems to me this works perfectly.
