My PC has to be sent back to the factory for work, so I want it "Spic & Span" before I box it up.

I read an article recently that you shouldn’t use an air compressor, or a vacuum cleaner blower to clean your PC. With my compressor using a nozzle that allows me to control the flow pressure isn’t good as they can put moisture into the PC. I don’t have a water filter on my compressor. The article I mentioned said you should only use canned compressed air and a non static brush.

What’s the opinion or practical knowledge of anyone on this subject? Any help would be appreciated as I have to ship it out by Fri 3/1.

I've used canned air sold for the purpose for more than 25 years, just disconnect everything, take the case outside and blow it out. The only moisture I've seen has been in the winter and can get a temporary white residue on the surfaces, goes away after a few seconds.
