Microsoft doesn’t provide any features for backing up OneDrive Data for Business to a local drive, but there are some ways of doing it. One of the best ways is by using a third-party backup Tool. For example, I use the Migrate Cloud Data OneDrive Backup Tool, which allows you to export OneDrive files to both Google Drive and OneDrive (Business or Personal). The tool supports migration and backup of various file types—audio, video, documents (DOC, DOCX, PDF), and more. It also has a preview feature that shows folder names, file sizes, creation dates, and owner information so you can see what you’re about to back up.
