How to configure a Dinstar PRI Gateway?

. Connect the Hardware​

• Power on the Dinstar PRI Gateway.
• Connect the PRI port to the PBX or PSTN line.
• Connect the LAN port to your network switch/router.

2. Access the Web Interface​

• Find the gateway’s IP address (default: 192.168.11.1).
• Open a web browser and enter the IP address.
• Login with default credentials (Username: admin, Password: admin).

3. Network Configuration​

• Navigate to Network Settings.
• Set a Static IP or DHCP based on your network.
• Apply changes and reboot if required.

4. PRI Trunk Configuration​

• Go to VoIP → Trunk and add a new PRI trunk.
• Configure the Signaling Type (e.g., PRI-SS7, PRI-ISDN).
• Set E1/T1 Mode and select Clock Source if needed.

5. SIP Configuration​

• Navigate to SIP Settings.
• Add SIP server details (IP, domain, and authentication).
• Map the PRI trunk to the SIP account.

6. Routing Setup​

• Go to Routing to create inbound and outbound call rules.
• Define the call flow between the PRI and SIP trunks.

7. Save and Apply​

• Save the configuration and reboot the gateway.
• Test the calls for both inbound and outbound directions.
