How to Stop Repeated iCloud Sign-In Pop-Ups Despite Being Logged In?

I'm constantly getting iCloud sign-in pop-ups, even though I'm already signed in. When I try to sign in again and enter the authentication code, it either says the code isn't valid or just keeps spinning. The pop-ups occur every few seconds, making it impossible to get anything done.

How can I stop these persistent iCloud sign-in prompts?

I've had a similar issue before, and it turned out to be a problem with my network settings. Try resetting your network settings or switching to a different Wi-Fi network to see if that helps.
