I cannot guess a PIN after one failed attempt. The PIN is associated with an account I can no longer access.

i'm trying to enter the PIN from another account to access a file, but after one incorrect guess, I'm locked out. The system instructed me to restart, but I was never given another chance to enter the PIN. I'm also unable to access the other account due to the same issue.
Is there any way I can guess the PIN to access the file? The old account is the original one on the computer, but I'm unable to access it due to the same problem as the PIN I'm trying to guess.
