I can't launch any of my Microsoft applications

and my OneDrive is missing. What happened with this update? I've only been able to access my files through the web version, but it's not as easy to navigate and share information. Help!

Which update, KB number? I've not seeing any issues on my 2 Desktops and Notebook.
