This just started about a month ago. Suddenly the screen is unresponsive to any mouse clicks. I have seen it both when web browsing with Chrome & Outlook 2013. I cannot click on anything and where the arrow should change to a finger, that doesn't happen either. This lasts for about 30 -60 seconds. When I try going into task manager, it shows there was a spike of CPU performance a few seconds earlier. But I just looked at Task Manager & it seems any time you open it it peaks to 100%, so that isn't the problem. I run Kaspersky and Malwarebytes, but neither shows an issue.
