Irfan View blocked

Trying to install Irfan View on Win 10 Pro v2009 and it gets blocked.....
I have Irfan installed on 3 other computers....both Win 10 and Win 11...installed with no issues....

I have user account control turned off......But I have MBAM installed on this pc and i think MBAM is blocking it.....
Can anyone tell me how to block MBAM from blocking Irfan installation..???

Irfan has been my choice for photos for years......not looking to change...
