My computer compromised by hackers

This morning, my computer was compromised by hackers. Attempting to contact Microsoft led me into two additional scams, one of which nearly gained access to my bank account. Now, I'm seeking assistance from this forum. Can it provide reliable help? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
